The day started with a 5am wake up call. Tiger was doing well enough that we kept our plans to kayak Tomales bay with our Baja friends.

Vicki and Richard were willing to risk it, whether we were going to make it today or not. They had 3 friends coming too! We drove down early to meet them at 9am. We crossed the bay, explored the coves and layed out in the sun, once it broke through the fog. The most fun about being with Vicki and Richard is the banter, all with Richard's dry British humor. We shared stories of our Baja kayak trip that Richard's friend have never heard them. He countered with Monkey stories, they can be quite mean, flinging poo and the red butts...did you know that monkey muscle is twice as strong as human muscle?

The kayak is always fun going out but the trip back, what with the wind and all was a bit painful. Little whitecaps and FHW. We got back only to appreciate the amazing trip that we survived.

Then off to Nick's Cove, Clams, squid and french fries...yummy. We enjoyed more stories, banter and talking shi T.

Either way fun to be had and I got some ocean time. I love rockin in the boat...I feel more comfortable on the water than on land. So even though we were taking the sweep position with Eve...all it meant was more time in the ocean. Tiger is here next to us, smiling and eating ice cubes...so the day was a success. ps. who's toes are th, with polish on???? Richard????ppss.video to follow with our Mentos and diet coke experiment.
